Grand Opening of Pinky’s Tacos Brought Flavors of Mexico to North Lauderdale July 11 2024
The City of North Lauderdale celebrated a new exciting family owned restaurant making a great addition to the city.
The grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony of Pinky’s Tacos, located at 3601 W Commercial Blvd, North Lauderdale, FL 33309, took place on July 11, 2024. The event was a celebration of vibrant Mexican cuisine and community spirit, drawing a crowd eager to experience the unique offerings of this new culinary hotspot. In attendance the North Lauderdale Vice Mayor Dee Lewis-Ricketts, Commissioner Mario Bustamante, Commissioner Luke Lewis, , North Lauderdale Community Development, and the Tamarac North Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce members.
Pinky’s Tacos quickly made a name for itself with its specialty tacos, including the signature birria tacos and their unique pink tacos. Pinky’s Tacos is a family owned business with Fedmy Cardenas and Adrian Rosario leading the restaurant. This 3-decade North Lauderdale family now raising their own family in the City are making their dreams come true owning a small business in the their home town. Guests were pleasantly surprised at the restaurant ambiance and by the restaurant’s take on the iconic and well-known Mexican menu items.
The well attended event, officially welcomed Pinky’s Tacos to South Florida’s diverse dining scene. Tamarac North Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce. Executive Director Peter Mason stated underscored the community’s enthusiasm for a vibrant restaurant with fresh, high-quality Mexican cuisine, promising a bright future for Pinky’s Tacos in its new home.
