Ribbon-cutting‘s. A grand opening/ribbon-cutting is a fantastic
way to let the community know that you are here and you are
open for business. This is a membership benefit for members.
The Chamber will promote, invite people to attend. We bring
the big scissors the red ribbon. Invitations the City Mayors and
Commissioners including city officials through the Chamber
office. The ribbon-cutting event details can be distributed to
the membership in the weeks leading up to the event.
Ribbon-cutting request should be made at the earliest possible
time so it can be scheduled with the Chamber calendar and
that notice to the City Commission can be done in time.
Ribbon-cuttings are a great way to start your business and a fun
way of meeting new people and showing where you are and
what are you do. Photographs will be posted on the Chamber
social media and sent to local media for the chance of further
exposure.
